 Based on Robert Browning's "My Last Duchess"

A friend and patron of mine, Mel Schroeder, who was in the Merchant Marines during World War II wanted a sculpture related to the sea.  After pondering ideas about dolphins, whales, etc, we decided to take a suggestion from Robert Browning:

Notice Neptune though,
Taming a seahorse, ...
